On December 20, 2024, S-MILES Group hosted the 2024 Annual Town Hall at Moove 1 Meeting Hall in Samut Prakan under the concept “YEAR OF PERFORMANCE.”
The event highlighted a year of operational achievements, emphasizing performance-based evaluation and celebrating the capabilities of our people. The atmosphere was filled with excitement, joy, and a strong sense of unity throughout a variety of engaging activities.
- Smiles Go to the Future – Fashion Show
The event kicked off with an exciting, exclusive fashion show featuring the official debut of the 2025 Workwear Collection, along with the newly designed S-Miles umbrella and insulated tumbler.
Each item was thoughtfully designed to reflect the stories of the S-MILES Group companies, as well as the organization’s vision and creativity for the future.
- Smiles For You – Employee Gifts
The highlight continued with a special gift presentation ceremony, graciously led by our management team.
Every employee received a custom-designed jacket and insulated tumbler, created with the intention of expressing appreciation and offering encouragement for their continued dedication and hard work.
- Smiles Connext: Open Q&A with the MD and GM
This activity is another great initiative that allows employees to communicate directly with top management—the MD and GM—in a friendly and open atmosphere. Employees can freely ask questions or share their opinions, fostering greater understanding and alignment within the organization.
- Smiles Award 2024
The announcement of the S.miles Award 2024 was one of the most anticipated moments of the event. Awards were presented to employees with outstanding performance over the past year, recognizing their achievements and inspiring continued excellence. These award recipients also serve as role models for colleagues across the organization.
- Smiles Entertainment: Special Performance
A surprise highlight of the event was the special performance by S-Miles Group employees, created exclusively to bring joy, excitement, and memorable moments to everyone. It was a show filled with smiles and heartfelt appreciation.
The event concluded with a delightful lunch shared among the entire management team and all employees. What made this meal truly special was the fact that the key ingredients fresh organic Nile tilapia and sea bass were sourced directly from S.Miles Farm Hug, one of the signature projects under the S-Miles Group. These premium ingredients were then transformed into delicious dishes by the talented chefs of Maybis Hotel, who are particularly renowned for their expertise in authentic Thai cuisine.
Thanks to their exceptional culinary skills, the lunch was not only flavorful but also filled with warmth and a sense of togetherness. Adding to the meaningful atmosphere, all employees received early New Year blessings from our executives making it a heartfelt and memorable moment for everyone.
