Data Training Course Q1/2025 for Employee Capability Development
To continuously enhance the capabilities of employees across the group, S.MILES Group organized the Quarter 1 Data Training Program 2025 for staff from all business units, including the team from Maybis Hotel. The program aims to strengthen data management skills and promote the effective use of data in daily operations.
This training was conducted under the policy “Grow For Good – Developing to Fulfill”, which focuses on fostering sustainable learning and capability development for employees at all levels within the organization.
